Who we are
This website, aislesteady.store, is run by Aisle Steady ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and the choices you have. If you have a question, email support@aislesteady.store.
What we collect
When you buy: your name, email address, billing details needed to process your payment (such as your country and postcode) and what you ordered. Your card is processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
When you contact us: your name, email address and anything you include in your message.
When you visit the website: our website platform may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser, device type and the pages you view, using cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
• to process your payment and email you your planner links and receipt
• to answer your questions and resend links if needed
• to prevent fraud and keep our website secure
• to keep the records we need for tax and accounting
• to understand how our website is used and improve it
• to send you news and offers, only if you choose to receive them; every email has an unsubscribe link
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies that help us run our shop, and only as much as they need:
• our payment provider (Stripe), to process payments
• our website and online store provider (Hostinger), which hosts this website and sends order emails
• our email provider, to reply to you
• authorities, if the law requires us to
Cookies
We use cookies that are needed for the website and checkout to work. If we use analytics or advertising cookies, we will ask for your consent where the law requires it. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the website may not work without them.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting laws require. We keep messages for as long as we need them to help you. After that, we delete or anonymise your information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, in California, the UK, the EU or Canada), you may have the right to:
• ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• ask us to correct it or delete it
• object to or limit how we use it, or ask us to send it to you or another company
• opt out of marketing emails at any time
To use any of these rights, email support@aislesteady.store. We will not treat you differently for using your rights. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Where your information is stored
We and the companies we work with may store and process your information in countries other than yours, including the United States. When we do, we rely on those companies' safeguards to protect it.
Keeping it safe
Our website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and payments are handled by our payment provider. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Children
Our website and products are for adults planning a wedding. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
