About these terms
This website, aislesteady.store, is run by Aisle Steady ("we", "us", "our"). These terms apply when you use our website or buy and use The Aisle Steady Wedding Planner. By placing an order, you agree to them. If you have a question about anything here, email support@aislesteady.store.
What you are buying
The Aisle Steady Wedding Planner is a digital product. Nothing physical is shipped. Your purchase includes:
• Canva template links for the planner in four colourways: Blush, Sage, Champagne and Dusty Blue
• the iPad edition (a landscape PDF for apps such as GoodNotes and Notability)
• printable PDFs in A4 and US Letter sizes
• the "See it filled in" example pages, the welcome guide and the video walkthrough
Price and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). The planner is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details. Your bank may add its own fees or exchange charges if you pay in another currency.
Delivery
Your links are emailed to the address you give at checkout right after your payment goes through. Please check that your email address is correct. If your email hasn't arrived, check your spam or promotions folder, then email support@aislesteady.store and we will resend it.
Refunds
Because the planner is a digital product that is delivered to you straight away and cannot be returned, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, including for a change of mind or for buying by mistake.
If a link does not work or a file is missing or damaged, email support@aislesteady.store. We will fix it or send you a working copy. Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
How you may use the planner
When you buy, we give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the planner for your own wedding. You may:
• edit your copy in Canva, write in it on your iPad and print it for your own use
• share pages with your partner, family and wedding vendors to plan your wedding
You may not:
• share, sell, give away or upload the files or Canva template links, in full or in part
• resell, rebrand or offer the planner (edited or unedited) as your own product
• use the planner for paying clients, for example as a professional wedding planner, without our written permission
Canva and other apps
To use the Canva templates you need a Canva account; a free account works. The iPad edition works in note-taking apps such as GoodNotes and Notability. These apps belong to other companies. We are not responsible for their availability, features, changes or charges.
Ownership
All designs, text, images and files on this website and in the planner belong to Aisle Steady and are protected by copyright. Your purchase gives you a licence to use them as described above; it does not transfer ownership.
A planning tool, not professional advice
The planner helps you organise your wedding. It is not financial, legal or other professional advice. You are responsible for your own budget, decisions and contracts with vendors. The filled-in examples use a made-up couple and sample figures.
Our responsibility
We work hard to make sure the planner is accurate and works as described. To the extent the law allows, the planner is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim connected with your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms in place when you made your purchase apply to that purchase.
